Imagine a random man pulling up to you on the street asking if you want to play volleyball for his club? That's exactly what happened to me with Mr Terrence Honore. He gave me the details and asked me to think about it. I agreed to play volleyball for Starling Volleyball Club after my mother said yes.

This was the start of my volleyball journey. Following my joining of Starling Volleyball Club, I experienced a number of first-time experiences. Like going to the famous Maracas Beach for a beach volleyball tournament. Camps in Mayaro for beach volleyball. I got a passport. I made many new friends and through these friendships I got an invitation to join the national volleyball team of Trinidad and Tobago.

NORTH
